This project is the first produced through a custom engine among all my other projects and concise of 2 phases. The first was to create a Unity prototype to present the idea and its feasibility, the second was to port the entire gameplay into a custom engine made by our tech team. My tasks includes producing all the visual for the game including coming up with the theme and art style. Through the process of porting the visual into the custom engine, we faced multiple technical limitations which limits the possibilities for creativity in the UI design, however, I am able to adapt to that and make a simpler shape for the final iteration which is currently used. Despite taking on the primary role as the art lead of the team, I am also a designer and was able to provide feedback and make design choices on the gameplay through playtesting.
